Onsite / Online Training

Arcitura works closely with its network of authorized training partners to provide private online and onsite training workshops. Arcitura and its partners have staff and trainers that are highly experienced in the planning, delivery and management of private online and onsite training workshops. Over the years, many private workshops have been delivered to a range of clients around the world, including many corporations, federal government agencies and numerous Fortune 500 organizations.

Workshops can be delivered for small or large groups. Often, private workshops can even be arranged for individuals.

For any potential private training event, we will take the time to collect the necessary information to understand your training and/or accreditation requirements and preferences, and will then put together a custom proposal. We review this proposal with you to help determine the best delivery option in support of your budget and training goals. A custom workshop agenda is then mutually defined, comprised of the set of course modules that correspond to the skill-sets you would like to develop and/or the accreditations you are interested in having your team achieve.

Once the scope of the training event is determined, we proceed to identify Certified Trainer candidates most suitable to fulfill the training and/or accreditation objectives. If you would like to be part of the selection process, we can provide you with the trainer profiles of the proposed candidates and we can then online interviews so that you can speak with them and experience their communication abilities first-hand. After a Certified Trainer is chosen, we manage the necessary logistics to provision the workshop.

Training workshops can be delivered virtually or onsite:

• Virtual Online Workshops – Workshops can be delivered online via a virtual classroom using platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx and MS Teams. For medium-sized and larger groups, a dedicated monitor is assigned to facilitate the event in addition to the Certified Trainer. The monitor becomes the point of contact for the entire class and handles all material distribution, support issues, lab environments and other class logistics. Online workshops are generally accompanied by online exam proctoring via Pearson VUE online proctoring.

• Onsite Workshops – Workshops can be delivered onsite at your organization’s location or at an external venue, such as a school or hotel conference room. Onsite workshops can include the delivery of onsite proctored certification exams. This provides participants with the opportunity to achieve certification immediately upon the completion of a workshop. The delivery of onsite exams is optional and participants always have the choice to take exams at local Pearson VUE testing centers or via Pearson VUE Online Proctoring.
